The built-in HELP system is not bad, but here's a quick screen shot tutorial that might get everyone started:

Click the thumbs to get larger images.

Note: As ADMIN, I can do stuff that 'regular' users can't - like DELETE or MODIFY any post - so you will see DELETE and MODIFY only on your posts...
